Welcome to Nathan Zane Design Build. After 26 years of building in the Charleston, South Carolina markets, we formed Nathan Zane in 2019. As a Licensed General Contractor and Residential Builder, we offer a full range of construction services, with a focus on custom residential homes and home renovations. We are a construction-forward design-build company that focuses on customer vision balanced with project timing and budget.
