During the construction phase, you’ll start to see your dream come alive as your home truly begins to take shape.
In the field, our construction managers begin mobilizing, coordinating and supervising our qualified team of vendors and subcontractors to guide your home toward timely completion. Our project managers will provide ongoing, organized budget monitoring, selection coordination and sub agreement management. During construction, you'll be able to log into our client portal at any time to see your home's schedule, selections and progress photos.
